Edibelo Foods is the sister brand of Edibelo Exports Pvt Ltd — an established export house dealing in premium Kerala spices. That means every chilli, every peppercorn, every curry leaf that enters our kitchen has already cleared the bar for international export.
Founded by Vishak Vijaya Kumar, Edibelo Foods was born from his grandmother’s kitchen in Kerala — a recipe she slow-cooked in coconut country, seasoned by hand, and jarred fresh. The result is a pickle that tastes the way pickles are supposed to taste, before industry got involved.
